Happy 3rd Birthday Google+

Invite your friends to a hangout for cake and presents and a game of “Pin the +1 on the Donkey.” Google+ turns 3 years old on June 28^th.

Since its launch in 2011,Google’s social network has received mixed reviews, and has a long way to go to reach the ubiquity of its chief rival, Facebook. But Google+ has been hugely successful for Google in driving the unification of the full suite of Google products.

It’s fitting to mark the occasion with this infographic from DPFOC Canada, all about Google’s social network and Google’s history with social media in general.
