According to AOL, nearly 70% of buyers crowd box stores and shopping malls to get deep discounts on this day. But shoppers actually spend more money on Cyber Monday, the Monday after Thanksgiving, $468 per purchase, versus $309 on Black Friday.

Online stores like Amazon and Ebay are big Cyber Monday destinations, as well as the online stores of major “brick and mortar” brands like Target and Walmart.
